WARRANTY
Reeves Roofing Equipment Co., Inc. ("Reeves")
will supply our current warranty information for our products
upon request. Please refer to our "Contact Us" page for
contact information.
Products sold by "Reeves", but
manufactured by others.
Except for the manufacturer's warranty (if any), the products
hereunder are sold as is. No other warranty, express
or implied, is made. Any warranty of the manufacturer
is hereby assigned and transferred to the user.
"Reeves" is not liable for any incidental
or consequential damages in connection with these
products.
Engines
Read the
instructions sent with the engine. Fill out the
Warranty Sheet and place a copy in your file for
future reference. If you have any questions or
problems with your engine, contact your nearest
Authorized Service Center to help you. If the engine
is sent to Reeves Roofing Equipment Co., Inc. whether under
warranty or not, we will take it to our local
Authorized Service Center. You will be charged for
the freight to and from Helotes, Texas, repairs
(if not under warranty), plus a $25.00 charge for
handling.
PRICES & SHIPMENTS
All
prices quoted are F.O.B. San Antonio, Texas and
subject to change without notice. All shipments are
freight collect (except UPS shipments) unless
arrangements are made prior to the shipment.
SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS
"Reeves" is
not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If any
item is short or damaged, do not accept the shipment
until the freight agent makes a damage notation on
your freight bill. If the shipment is refused because
of loss or damage without a damage notation and
returned to Reeves, you will be responsible for any
freight charges incurred.
RETURNED GOODS
Goods should not be returned
without authorization from Reeves Roofing Equipment
Co., Inc. You will be given a return goods (R.G.)
number that must be marked on all packages being
returned. A restocking fee will be charged for
handling (unless product is defective or faulty). All
items being returned must be prepaid.
If item was returned because of defect, credit will
be issued for the freight. Shipments being returned
without authorization will be refused.
